Analytics that answer your actual questions.

Most analytics accounts collect a flood of data and answer almost nothing.

We set up GA4 around the questions you actually have: who is showing up, what they do, what is working, and what to change. Then we help you read it, month after month, so the numbers turn into decisions instead of a dashboard nobody opens.

Why it matters

Analytics built to answer your real questions

A default analytics install will happily record thousands of events and still leave you no closer to knowing whether your site is doing its job. The data piles up while the questions go unanswered, and a number with no question attached is just noise.

We work the other way around. We start from what you need to know, like which pages turn visitors into inquiries, where people give up, and which channels actually bring the right traffic, and we configure analytics to answer those. The setup follows the questions.

That is why analytics comes first in growth work. Before you invest in search optimization, a new landing page, or a redesign, you want a baseline you trust. Otherwise you are guessing about whether anything you did worked.

How engagements are shaped

Setup, then the part that pays off

Analytics work comes in two shapes, and most clients want both. The setup is the one-time project. The reporting is the relationship.

Setup and configuration. We install or rebuild GA4 properly: event and conversion tracking mapped to your goals, clean configuration, internal traffic filtered out, and reports built around your questions. If you have an account that has drifted, we audit and fix it instead of starting over.

Ongoing reporting and insight. Each month or quarter we send a plain-language read on what the data is telling you: what changed, what it means, and what we would do about it. The cadence matches how fast your site changes.

Or both, inside a retainer. For clients on a website retainer, reporting usually lives in the retainer rather than as a separate line. The same team that maintains the site is also watching what it does.

The baseline

What every setup includes

Whatever shape the engagement takes, a setup always covers the fundamentals.

A GA4 property configured correctly, built from scratch or rebuilt from what you have

Conversion and event tracking mapped to your real goals, not whatever fires by default

Internal and bot traffic filtered out, so your numbers mean something

Reports and a dashboard built around your questions rather than the defaults

A recorded walkthrough so your team can read the reports without us

Tracking implemented through Google Tag Manager where it fits, so it stays maintainable

How we work

How a setup goes

Most setups take two to three weeks from kickoff to handoff.

Questions

Start with what you need to know

We ask what decisions you are trying to make. Those questions become the events, goals, and reports we build toward.

Audit

Look at what you already have

If there is an existing account, we find out what it is tracking, what it is double-counting, and whether it is worth keeping.

Configure

Build the tracking and the reports

Property setup, event and conversion tracking, filters, and reports. Where it fits, tracking goes in through Google Tag Manager so it stays easy to change.

Verify and hand off

Prove the numbers, then teach them

We test that every event fires the way it should, then walk your team through the reports so you can read them without us. Ongoing reporting picks up from here if you want it.

The toolset

What we measure with

GA4 is the default for most clients. When a question needs more than counts and rates, we add tools that show behavior the numbers alone will not.

What to expect on cost

A setup starts around $2,500 for a straightforward site. Expect $4,000 to $6,000 when there is an existing account to untangle, or when you are running a store with a lot of moving parts.

Ongoing reporting starts around $600 a month. If you already have a website retainer, it usually folds in there instead.

Every engagement gets scoped before any work starts, and you get the number upfront. No surprise invoices.

Common questions

Honest answers to the questions we get most

I already have Google Analytics. Do I need this?

Often the setup is the problem. A lot of accounts track the wrong things, double-count conversions, or quietly count your own team's visits. We can audit what you have and tell you honestly whether it needs a rebuild or just a tune-up.

What is the difference between GA4 setup and ongoing reporting?

Setup is the one-time work of configuring analytics to track what matters. Reporting is the ongoing read on what the data is telling you and what to do about it. Setup gives you numbers you can trust. Reporting turns them into decisions.

Do I have to do the monthly reporting?

No. Plenty of clients take a clean setup and read it themselves. The reporting is for teams who would rather have us watch the data and flag what is worth their attention.

Will you help me act on what the data shows?

That is the point of doing it. When a report surfaces something, like a page leaking visitors or a channel that is not earning its budget, we can scope the fix, whether that is a landing page, a search change, or a journey mapping exercise.

Is my analytics data private and compliant?

We configure analytics with privacy in mind, including consent and data retention settings, and we are careful with sites that handle sensitive information. If you need full consent management or a cookie banner, we scope that with you rather than assuming it is included.
