Every lead goes where it should.

Getting someone to fill out a form is the hard part.

Losing them afterward, to a slow reply, a missed handoff, or an inquiry that landed in the wrong inbox, is the avoidable part. We connect your forms and contact points to the right people and tools so follow-up happens fast and nothing slips through.

The real problem

The form is the easy part

Most sites can capture a lead. Far fewer handle it well afterward. The inquiry goes to one inbox that one person checks. The follow-up depends on somebody remembering. A lead that needs sales goes to the general account, and a support question goes to the founder.

Each gap is a quiet place where opportunities die.

Lead routing fixes the path a lead takes after it is captured. We connect your forms to the right destinations: the right team member, your CRM, an automatic acknowledgment to the person who reached out, and whatever follow-up tools you use. Every inquiry reaches the right place quickly, and you can see that it did.

What's in scope

What we connect

We scope to what you actually need. Most setups include some mix of these.

Forms to people. Inquiries routed to the right team member based on what they are about

Forms to your CRM. Leads captured into your system with the right fields and tags, not retyped by hand

Automatic acknowledgments. An immediate, on-brand reply so the person knows they were heard

Follow-up tools. Connections to the email, scheduling, and automation tools your team already uses

Notifications. Alerts to the right channel so a lead does not sit unseen over a weekend

Documentation. A clear map of where everything goes, so your team stays in control of it

Tools we route into

These are the tools we work with most. If you use something we have not touched before, we look at its API during scoping and tell you honestly what is possible.

Lead routing or integrations?

This overlaps with our integrations work, so here is the distinction as we see it.

Lead routing is specifically about the path an inquiry takes from your site to the right person and the right follow-up. If your problem sounds like "leads are getting lost," this is the page.

Integrations and APIs is the broader category of connecting your site to any external system: payments, booking, inventory, and more. If your problem sounds like "my site needs to talk to this other platform," start there.

Starting points

What to expect on cost

A simple setup, one form routed to the right person with an automatic acknowledgment, usually starts around $1,500.

A more involved build, several forms feeding a CRM with tagging, notifications, and scheduling connected, generally runs up to about $4,500.

Complex sales processes with lead scoring or several systems in play get scoped on their own. Either way, you get the number before we start.

Common questions

Honest answers to the questions we get most

Which CRMs and follow-up tools do you connect leads to?

We regularly work with HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klayvio, and ActiveCampaign on the CRM and email side, Calendly and Acuity for scheduling, Slack for notifications, and Zapier, Make, or n8n where automation is the right glue. On forms, we work with Typeform, JotForm, and Gravity Forms. If you use something we have not touched before, we look at its API during scoping and tell you honestly what is possible.

We just use email. Is lead routing overkill for us?

Not necessarily. Even a simple setup, routing the right inquiries to the right person and sending an automatic acknowledgment, prevents the most common ways leads get lost. We scope to what you actually need.

Will I be able to change the routing later?

Yes. We document how it is set up, and where it makes sense we build it so your team can adjust the routing for common changes without calling us.

Can you tell me which of my leads are worth following up?

That is an analytics question, and the two work together. Routing makes sure leads arrive and get answered. Analytics tells you which sources are sending the leads worth the most attention.

What if the integration breaks because the third-party platform changed something?
This happens regularly. Inside a retainer, we fix it as part of normal work. For standalone integrations with a maintenance retainer, we fix it and document what changed. For one-time projects without a retainer, we'll let you know what happened and quote a fix. See Maintenance for how ongoing coverage works.
