The problem

Rosie's House ran the academy on four systems that didn't talk to each other. Enrollment lived in one, attendance in another, and family contact information was kept up by hand. Every funder report meant a weekend of copying and pasting.

Donor and grant records already lived in Salesforce. Whatever came next had to feed it.

What we did

We wrote down what the academy actually needed, then ran a structured evaluation of four vendors: the same questions for each, plus live demos. The written report covered fit, pricing, integration, and risk for each option, with a recommendation and the reasoning behind it.

We recommended DreamClass, a platform built for music schools, and configured it the way the academy thinks about itself: by track, cohort, and instructor, with families linked together.

A Make.com flow moves only the enrollment and attendance fields Salesforce needs, and the staff can maintain it without a developer. We trained the team and handed it off. They're still running on it.

Before and after.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for everything that you have poured into this project. You set us up well for success. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
