Find what's broken. Fix it in the right order.
An audit that ends with a plan: what fails, who it affects, what it costs to fix, and what to do first. Then we fix it, or hand the plan to your team.
From audit to fixed.
Set the target
We agree on the standard, WCAG 2.2 AA by default, or a documented plan toward it when legacy code makes one pass too expensive.
Test like a user
Automated tools (Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE) plus the part they miss: keyboard-only journeys, screen readers, contrast, focus, zoom to 400%, captions, and timeouts.
Hand you a plan
Prioritized findings with severity and effort, a recorded 60-minute walkthrough, and a 30-day action plan. We tell you which findings actually matter.
Fix and keep it fixed
A few weeks for simpler sites, six to eight or more for structural work. New work is checked against the target so nothing slides back.
What it costs.
Brochure sites, landing pages, small WordPress or Squarespace sites
Stores, membership sites, CMS-heavy builds, custom integrations
Multiple properties, large applications, procurement or compliance requirements
Accessibility is included at no extra charge in every build and retainer.

Will my site meet WCAG 2.2 AA when you're done?
For most engagements, yes. When legacy code or a platform makes that too expensive in one pass, you get a documented plan toward AA, and we tell you which situation you're in before work starts.
What if our platform limits what you can change?
We fix what can be controlled (content, template overrides, configuration) and the report says plainly what is a platform constraint.
Is accessibility legally required for us?
It depends on your business. The ADA covers places of public accommodation, and courts increasingly include websites. We can give you a general read on the first call; for certainty, ask a lawyer.
Do accessibility overlays work?
No. They don't make a site accessible, and we won't install one.
Why is our site slow?
Usually third-party scripts, not hosting: chat widgets, heatmaps, ad pixels, review embeds. We measure each one and give you the trade-offs.
Something else going on?
Tell us what's going on.
The first call is free and takes about 30 minutes. You talk to the people who would do the work, and we reply to every message within one business day.
