Your website needs a team. You don't have one.
Your developer moved on, the agency stopped answering, or the site became someone's third job. We take it over, audit what we inherit, and run it every month from a backlog you can see.
The first 90 days.
A free first call
Thirty minutes with the people who would do the work. You describe what is going on; we tell you where the problem probably sits and what we would look at first.
Access and audit
We collect every login, run a short technical and accessibility audit, and hand you a first backlog. You approve the order.
Fixes you can see
We ship the visible things first: the form that stopped sending, the slow page, the accessibility issue someone already complained about.
Bigger work alongside
A refresh, an integration, or a rebuild runs next to the maintenance. From here it is two-week cycles with capacity held back for surprises.
Three retainers. Pick one and see what's in it.
Paid upfront each month. Unused hours roll forward for up to six months.

I appreciate you helping us with this, and you have gotten it farther than we were able to take it.
What every retainer covers.
- 01
A backlog you can see
Every request in one shared board, with a summary at the end of each cycle: shipped, next, blocked.
- 02
Hosting and monitoring
Uptime and performance watched, with alerts that go to a person.
- 03
Security on a schedule
Updates tested on staging first, old accounts removed, backups restored on purpose to prove they work.
- 04
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, repo, analytics, and logins belong to you from day one.
- 05
A named person
You know who is working on your site, and you can reach them.
Each tier is a monthly block of development hours. Calls and check-ins never count against them, and you can move between tiers as the work changes.
See pricingCommon questions
Will you take over a site you didn't build?
Yes. Most of our retainer work started on sites other teams built. We run a short technical and accessibility audit first so we both know what we are working with.
How fast do you respond to emergencies?
Response times are written into your contract and depend on the tier. On Steady, a site-down emergency gets a response within 24 hours and other requests within two business days. Active and In motion are faster.
What happens to hours we don't use?
They roll forward for up to six months, so a quiet stretch funds a bigger project later.
Do meetings use up our hours?
No. Strategy calls, check-ins, and planning time never count against your development hours, so you can talk to us whenever it helps.
What access do you need to start?
Usually admin access to the site, hosting, and the tools it connects to. We tell you what we need and why before we ask.
Something else going on?
Tell us what's going on.
The first call is free and takes about 30 minutes. You talk to the people who would do the work, and we reply to every message within one business day.
