Rebuild or replatform eCommerce

Rootless

A direct-to-consumer seaweed snack brand. Shopify 2.0, working together since 2025.

Rootless, today

The problem

The store had outgrown its theme. One product page was doing four jobs: one-time purchases, subscriptions, limited editions, and holiday bundles, each with its own template and its own bugs.

What we did

We built the new theme beside the live store, tested every purchase path, and switched over on one morning in April 2026. Then we stayed on as their development team.

What changed

  • 200+tickets closed on their board
  • 4 → 1purchase templates merged into one
  • Zerodowntime at launch

“We've already learned so much from them about how to optimize our website.”

Take over our site Healthcare

Spectrum Medical Care

A primary and specialty care clinic in Phoenix. Two-week sprints since late 2025.

The problem

The clinical side moves fast: new service lines, timely announcements, pages clinicians sign off on. They needed a team that was already there when something came up.

What we did

We refreshed the site, rebuilt navigation around how patients search, and built a block library for new service pages. A fifth of every sprint stays open for the urgent.

What changed

  • 40tickets in a typical two-week sprint, give or take
  • 20%of each sprint held for urgent requests
  • <1 dayto publish a press page when the paper ran a story
Build a custom tool Nonprofit

Rosie's House

A free music academy for youth in downtown Phoenix. DreamClass, connected to Salesforce.

The problem

Enrollment, attendance, and family records lived in four tools that didn't talk to each other. Every funder report meant a weekend of copying and pasting.

What we did

We evaluated four vendors the same way, recommended and configured DreamClass, and connected it to Salesforce with a Make.com flow the staff can maintain.

What changed

  • 4systems replaced
  • 4vendors evaluated side by side
  • Nocustom build needed
